Professional Status
 

Mr. Ciccarelli has extensive experience in the restoration and rehabilitation of historic structures, especially in brick, terra cotta and stone construction. He has performed leak investigations of building facades and worked in New York City on Local Law 11 Reports (NYC’s facade survey program) and prepared existing building conditions reports for numerous historic structures including the Frick Museum, the New York City Public Library and the Plaza Hotel. In California he has been involved in the restoration of repair of civic buildings following the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake, including the Palace Hotel and the seismic retrofit of the United States Court of Appeals.
